Bernard Premium Bohemian Lager is a light, golden-yellow bohemian-pilsner-style for all seasons.

Stanislav Bernard, Josef Vávra and Rudolf Šmejkal won at auction the privatisation of the bankrupt brewery in Humpolec. Initially established in the 16th century and now under its current owners since 1991, It did not take long for the Family brewery in Humpolec alongside Bernard beer to become a well-known premium brand throughout the entire Czech Republic. To distinguish their beer from other beers on the Czech market, they chose to make honest traditional unpasteurised beer, brewed with craftsmen like skill from the best ingredients. Thanks to its traditional procedures, Bernard beer stands out for its harmony of fullness and bitterness. The brewery continues to grow, not only due to the success of its beers, but also establishing an iconic brand, which you will be able to become familiar with not only throughout the Czech Republic, but also in many countries worldwide. Here at the brewery, we honour traditional manufacturing procedures and so in our cellars, the fermentation of beer is carried out in fermentation rooms and beer then matures in lager cellars. Slowly, as the traditional technology of making beer requires, it awaits its customers for several weeks at a temperature of 1-2°C.
