Achados e Perdidos translates to "lost and found" and they specialize in making wines from historical, "lost", varietals. They've assembled a vineyard that now features dozens of varietals, some well known and many not so well known. The vines are bush-trained, organically-farmed,and hand-harvested. A long pre-fermentation cold soak in cement vats occurs, where wild yeast does the work.
